摘要

中速磨煤机采用高铬磨辊运行寿命较短、可靠性较低、检修维护费用较高,且对机组负荷构成较大影响。为解决上述问题,在5号炉C磨煤机上安装试用Xwin@金属陶瓷复合材料的辊套及衬板,目前已运行超过6个月,本文对其试用情况进行了分析,论证了推广使用的可行性,并提出了改进提高的建议。

Abstract

My company operating life of boiler no.5,and 6 coal pulverizer is lower,higher cost,lower reliability,and pose great influence to load problem,to solve the above problems,after extensive research,installed on the boiler no.5 C coal mill trial Xwin ? metal ceramic roller shell and lining board.At present,the boiler no.5 C coal mill has run more than 6 months,this report to Xwin ? metal ceramic roller shell and lining board trial condition are analyzed,and demonstrated the feasibility of the use and improvement Suggestions are put forward.
