针对市面上销售的刷卡式开水机存在的出水、停水延时过长等问题提出了一种改进基于ARM嵌入式系统的改进方案。根据不同类型的刷卡式开水器进行多次实验得出具体的水量浪费以及原因,文中采用了基于ARM嵌入式的修改方案,同时在系统内部嵌入独立于 MCU控制的简单水位探测电路和抽水装置。结果表明利用功率为385W电机水泵马达进行抽水工作就可以将280ml左右的水抽取到水箱中,使水位始终低于最高水位,而且用时仅仅只有3~4s。该改进系统实现了低耗,改进成本低,做到减少水资源的浪费现象以及烫伤事件。
Coming up with a proposal based on ARM embedded system which improves some timing delay existing in the marketing on-sel ing IC-boiler machine. Doing lots of experiments on dif erent types of IC-boiler machine, we come into some conclusion on water-wasting of the IC-boiler machine using the ARM embedded system as wel as, embedding an independent MCU-control ing water-level-detecting circuit and a water-bumping equipment. Results showing that, just using the 385W-Motor to drive the bump, we can mark about 280ml water back to the tank, meanwhile, let the water-level under the deadline, al that what just spend 3-4 seconds. The improving system reaches the level that to being low-cost, low-power, low-wasting, also to be an human-friendly device.
