摘要
本文以五星级白天鹅宾馆为例，对酒店改造中的裙楼空调系统设计与施工进行节能分析。高效制冷机组、变频水泵、热回收系统、冷凝水回收系统、水幕空调系统、节能自控系统的综合应用对建筑节能贡献非常大。通过制图软件合理布置机电管线，会审后作为机电施工依据。为保证空调系统达到设计效果，规范施工，把握空调系统施工要点。
Abstract
In this paper,as a five-star White Swan Hotel for example,analysis air conditioning system design and construction energy-saving of the podium for the hotel.Efficient refrigeration units,variable-speed pump,heat recovery systems,condensate recovery system,water curtain air conditioning systems,energy automation integrated application system for building energy contribution is very large.Through electromechanical mapping software reasonable arrangement pipelines,as the basis of the joint hearing for electrical and mechanical construction.To ensure that the effect of the air conditioning system to meet the design and construction standards,construction points to grasp the air conditioning system.
