摘要
介绍了高强度钢板热成型技术的工艺过程及模具设计的相关知识；对比了我公司某车型设计开发中 B 柱加强板的两种方案，完成了热成型 B 柱加强板的设计开发，禅明了热成型技术在车身轻量化设计中应用的可行性及意义。
Abstract
It has been introduced that the process and die design of the hot forming for high strength steel. We have designed and contrasted two schemes of B pil ar reinforce panel for a new development car my company. Final we have completed the design and development for B pillar reinforce panel. Then the feasibility and significance that the hot forming be used in the lightweight car’s body design have been expounded.
