摘要
本文首先介绍了佐匹克隆对照品的制备，及其理化特性；再通过元素分析、红外光谱，核磁谱（氢谱和碳谱），质谱，热重和差热分析，进一步确证其结构，符合自用对照品的法规性要求。
Abstract
This paper describes the preparation of reference standard of zopiclone, and physicochemical properties; then through elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (H-NMR and C-NMR), mass spectrometry, thermal gravimetric and differential thermal analysis, the structure of reference standard of Zopiclone is further confirmed in compliance with regulatory requirements.
