摘要

一般情况下,寿命试验对接触电阻的影响程度严重于振动试验对接触电阻的影响,但后者出现不合格的可能性要大于前者,对可靠性要求较高的连接器无论振动试验还是寿命试验,都应关注“试验后平均电阻是否不合格”,因该不合格意味着电连接器的抗振性能可能不可靠。

Abstract

Under normal circumstances, the influence of life test on contact resistance is greater than the influence of vibration test on contact resistance. But the latter one is more likely to be unqualified. No matter it is vibration test or life test, the electrical connectors with much requirements for reliability should be focused on“the average resistance after the test is qualified or not”, because the unqualified resistance means that the ant-vibration performance of the electrical connector may not be reliable.
