端子并线电气连接中影响接触电阻主要因素分析研究

在电气连接中,由于接线不可靠而导致端子温升过高,引起电气元件不能正常工作现象时有发生。我们认为导致此类问题的原因是接触电阻过高产生的。本文从端子并线电气连接中影响接触电阻因素出发,介绍了研究成果,给出了影响接触电阻的主要因素是拧紧力矩和紧固件。
Research on the main influence factors of contact resistance of parallel-line terminal in electrical connection
In electrical connection, it’s common that the high terminal temperature rise, which is caused by unreliable wiring, bring about the malfunctioning of electrical components. We think the cause of the problem is that the contact resistance is too high. This article starts from the influence factors of the contact resistance of parallel-line terminal in electrical connection, introduces the research results, and presents the main factors that influence the contact resistance - the tightening torque and fasteners.
