To solve the parking problem of the in-town scenic districts during the holidays,we established a temporary parking lot planning model.Depending on the characters of the parking demand of the in-town scenic districts,a constrained multi-objective optimization model was established.Depending on the model and the algorithm put forward,a result which satisfies the temporary parking lot is computed.The parking guidance system is used to release the information of the parking lots inducing passengers to meet their needs of berth.Taking Jiming temple scenic area,an in-town scenic district in Nanjing,for example,the parking problem was solved by the parking lot planning.By analyzing the results,we concluded that the established model and algorithm can solve the problem of the in-town scenic district during the holidays.
