During urbanization of China, a large amount of plants move out of central areas of cities, and leave great quantity of contaminated sites. One of the major challenges of contaminated site remediation and redevelopment is source of remediation fund. A successful development plan of a contaminated site should take ful account of the interaction among source of remediation fund, plan of land redevelopment, and plan of site remediation. Reasonably adjusting site remediation plan and land redevelopment plan may resolve financial difficulties of site remediation.
