摘要
基于使新建遥观北枢纽在布置上更为合理、兼顾通航、管理方便，同时少占耕地，节省工程投资的原则，对新建遥观北枢纽两个站址方案作了比选，提出优选方案。
Abstract
Based on the principles of more rational layout,consideration of navigation,convinient administration, less need of land and reducing cost,two sites of water conservancy project north of Yao-guan are compared, optimized site scheme is recommended.
