摘要
在生产中经常遇到一些材料本身或与其他材料的连接问题，作为固相连接的方法之一，扩散连接具有精度高、变形小、精密接合、连接可靠等特点，随着该技术的成熟和推广，引起人们的重视，成为连接领域新的研究热点，正在飞速发展。本文主要介绍了扩散连接技术的原理以及影响其连接性能的诸因素，为分析研究具体的异种材料的扩散连接提供理论依据。
