Analysis of the Basic Experience of Ideological and Political Education in Cadre Schools during the Central Soviet Region
During the period of the Central Soviet Region,in order to meet the needs of the revolutionary war and the con-struction of various undertakings of the Soviets,the Party leadership established various cadre schools.During this period,cadre schools always upheld the party's overall leadership over ideological and political education,persisted in serving the party's central work,integrated Marxist-Leninist theoretical education with China's reality and ideological and political education with production and labor,paid attention to giving play to the exemplary role of leading cadres in taking the lead in teaching,adopt-ed flexible and diverse teaching methods to conduct ideological and political education for cadres,and trained a large number of high-quality cadres for the revolutionary war and Soviet construction.
