校企合作模式下职业院校"双师型"师资队伍建设途径探索

摘要
近年来,我国把职业教育摆在了更加突出的位置,深化产教融合体制机制改革,形成教育与产业深度互动的新格局.高职院校应主动服务国家战略,深度推进校企合作,加强"双师型"师资队伍建设,营造与企业文化对接的校园文化氛围,以提高人才培养质量.在"双师型"师资队伍建设方面,应提升企业参与水平,建立人员双向流动机制,积极探索教师进修路径,完善培训体系,扩展引进渠道,构建科学的评价制度,以提升教育教学质量,实现可持续发展.
Abstract
In recent years,China has adhered to the priority of education development,placed vocational education in a more prominent position,deepened the reform of the system and mechanism of the integration of industry and education,and formed a new pattern of in-depth interaction between education and industry.Higher vocational colleges should take the initia-tive to serve the national strategy,deeply promote the cooperation between schools and enterprises,strengthen the construction of"double-qualified"teachers,and create an enterprise-oriented campus culture atmosphere.Actively explore the"double-qualified"teacher training path,improve the level of enterprise participation,establish a two-way flow mechanism,expand the introduction of ways,build a scientific evaluation system,improve the training system,improve teaching quality,and promote the high-quality development of vocational education.
