Positioning,Dilemma and Countermeasures of Intelligent Logistics Talent Training in Higher Vocational Colleges
Through the analysis of the generation and development of intelligent logistics,it can be found that the post de-mand of logistics industry has changed significantly,which makes the training orientation of logistics talents in universities al-so changed,and the demand for information application,intelligent operators and supply chain managers is more urgent.However,at present,China's higher vocational colleges are generally faced with realistic difficulties such as vague training objectives,lagging curriculum system setting,insufficient training facilities and weak teachers.It is necessary to adopt clear positioning and objectives of logistics management professional talent training mode.Only by optimizing the curriculum system guided by the needs of smart logistics talents,upgrading the traditional logistics training room,and setting up a school-enter-prise collaborative education teacher team can we cultivate high-quality smart logistics talents that meet the needs of the times.
