On the Human Resource Management of Cross Cultural Virtual Teams
With the in-depth development of economic globalization and the rapid popularization of information technology,enterprises and organizations in various countries have formed diversified teams in order to cope with the constant changes in the environment.In this context,the rapid rise of Web-based work management and communication "Virtual Teams",these teams are mostly from different countries or regions of the staff.Different from traditional organization form,virtual team,as a new organization form,focuses on talent strategy and realizes efficient management by constructing post competency model.However,competency model also brings many challenges to traditional human resource management.In the highly competitive market,whether virtual team can effectively play the advantages of competency model depends on whether it can implement innovative human resource management strategies.
