Livelihood Management and the New Order of State Governance
At present,livelihood management is becoming an important part of state governance.In recent years,revolution in lifestyle and the shift of the main social contradictions have made the state more heedful to the well-being of people,and state governance has thus participated in people's lives.Livelihood management is the re-sult of state construction and social change combined,and is widely present in four areas:social protection,rural construction,customary transformation,and the intervention of specific groups and habits.With grassroots orga-nization and mobilization as the core,the state has constructed a livelihood management scenario in people's daily life.With historical continuity and through the mechanism of legitimacy,reverse institutionalization and political integration,livelihood management has shaped the new order of state governance and provided a new path for building a new pattern of social governance.
