Exploration of Legislation Approach to Rural Ecological Environmental Governance in the Context of Rural Revitalisation
Comprehensively promoting the rural revitalisation and realising the modernisation of agriculture and rural areas are the requirements of the times under the strategic goal of Chinese-style modernisation and the key to building a strong socialist modernisation country in all respects.An important task in the revitalisation of the countryside is to improve the rural living environment and to carry out environmental management in accordance with local conditions,so as to make the countryside a beautiful and pleasant place to live in.However,there are still many problems in achieving this goal,such as farmers'weak awareness of law on environmental protection,incomplete laws and regulations related to environmental governance,and irregularities in law enforcement on environmental governance.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the environmental protection propaganda efforts and the universal publicity for environmental governance,improve the laws and regulations of rural environmental governance,and clarify the environmental protection responsibilities of various departments to ensure that the environmental governance measures are fully implemented.
