摘要
开封红色资源的内涵与高校基层党组织政治建设、组织建设、制度建设和作风建设的要求具有内在一致性.开封红色资源融入高校基层党组织建设工作中存在着实践性、地域性、针对性和创新性不足等问题.分析开封红色资源融入高校基层党组织建设工作存在问题的原因,提出抓好基层党建工作所应做的增强融入效果、发挥红色资源作用、激发高校党建活力、构建红色党建立体格局等具体路径.
Abstract
The connotation of"red resources"in Kaifeng is consistent with the requirements of political construction,organizational construction,system construction and style construction of primary-level organizations of CPC in colleges and universities.The problems of practicality,regionalism,pertinence and innovation do exist in the integration of Kaifeng"red resources"into the construction of primary-level organizations of CPC in colleges and universities.On the basis of analyzing the causes of such problems,the paper puts forward concrete paths of enhancing the integration effect,giving full play to the role of"red resources",stimulating the vitality of Communist Party building in colleges and universities,and constructing three-dimensional pattern of Communist Party building.
