教育数字化转型过程中的伦理风险及其法律规制——以ChatGPT为例

教育数字化转型是当今全球教育改革的重要趋势,不过在转型过程中也存在诸多伦理风险.文章首先梳理教育数字化转型的特征,其次,分析以ChatGPT为代表的人工智能技术在教育领域应用中存在的伦理风险,诸如知识产权、学术公平、师生关系、数据安全和舆论安全等方面的风险.再次,从法律角度对所述伦理风险提出了法律规制应对策略,为教育数字化转型的顺利开展提供参考.
Ethical Risks and Legal Regulation of Digital Transformation in Education——A Case Study of ChatGPT
The digital transformation in education is an important trend of global education reform,but there are many ethical risks in the process of transformation.This paper first reviews the characteristics of digital transformation of education,and then analyzes the ethical risks in the application of artificial intelligence technology represented by ChatGPT in the field of education,such as intellectual property rights,academic equity,teacher-student relationship,data security and public opinion security.Finally,from the legal point of view of the ethical risks,the legal regulation countermeasures are proposed to provide reference for the smooth development of the digital transformation in education.
