摘要

高职院校"一站式"学生社区建设是探索"党建引领"管理模式的重要载体,是践行"以生为本"办学宗旨的有力抓手,是深化"三全育人"综合改革的实践平台.当前高职院校"一站式"学生社区建设面临着育人理念与功能、育人机制与体系、技术运用与服务、师生参与与认同等深层次发展困境.高职院校"一站式"学生社区建设应以强化党建引领为根本点、以推动功能转型为切入点、以完善制度机制为关键点、以强化技术运用为支撑点,不断增进理念共识、强化育人功能、汇聚育人力量、提升治理效能.

Abstract

The"one-stop"student community construction in vocational colleges is an important carrier for exploring the management model led by the Party,a powerful grip for practicing the"student-centered"principle,and a practical platform for deepening the comprehensive reform of the"All-round Education in the Whole Process with All-Staff".The current"one-stop"student community construction in vocational colleges is facing underlying development difficulties such as educational consensus and functions,educational mechanisms and systems,information technology application and services,and participation and identification of teachers and students.The construction of"one-stop"student community in vocational colleges should take strengthening the leadership of the Party building as the fundamental point,promoting functional transformation as the entry point,improving institutions and mechanisms as the key point,and strengthening the application of information technology as the support point,so as to continuously enhance conceptual consensus,strengthen educational functions,gather educational forces and improve governance efficiency.
