人工智能时代学前教育人才培养面临的挑战

随着人工智能技术的迅猛发展,我国已初步建立了人工智能教育体系.在学前教育领域,人工智能启蒙课程因其新颖性和互动性受到孩子们的欢迎,并逐渐得到了社会的认可.针对人工智能技术的广泛应用,幼儿教师在相关的理念、技术应用能力和伦理意识等方面都需要进一步提升.为应对这一变化,高校在学前教育专业的人才培养模式上应进行创新调整,探索新兴方向,通过理论与实践相结合的方式培养具备人工智能启蒙教育能力的复合型教师,推动学前教育的高质量发展.
Challenges for Cultivating Preschool Education Talents in the Age of Artificial Intelligence
With the rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI)technology,An AI education system has been initially established in China.In the field of preschool education,AI enlightenment courses are popular among children because of their novelty and interactivity,and have been widely recognized by the society.In view of the wide application of AI technology,preschool teachers need to further improve their understanding of relevant concepts,their abilities to apply relevant technologies and their ethical awareness.In order to cope with this change,colleges and universities should innovate and adjust the talent training model of preschool education majors,explore the emerging directions,and cultivate compound teachers with the ability to conduct AI enlightenment education through the combination of theory and practice,so as to promote the high-quality development of preschool education.
