风电塔筒用钢板夹杂物原因分析与改进

应用光谱仪、ASPEX-1020夹杂物自动分析仪测定兴澄特钢S355J0+N风电塔筒用钢冶炼过程中钢液成分和夹杂物数量、成分.通过分析试样中典型夹杂物组分,探讨了夹杂物的演变过程;根据中间包样中夹杂物比钢包样中夹杂物更多的情况,初步判定钢包钢水在进入中间包非稳态状态下,钢水被二次氧化.研究结果表明:通过做好连铸保护浇注、使用吹氩塞棒,S355J0+N风电塔筒用钢的夹杂物指数能稳定在9.5以下.
Causes Analysis and Improvement of Inclusion in Steel Plate for Wind Power Tower
The composition of molten steel,the quantity and composition of inclusions in the smelting process of S355J0+N wind power tower steel plate of Xingcheng Special Steel Works Co.,Ltd.is determined by spectrometers and ASPEX-1020 inclusions automatic analyzer.By analysing the typical inclusion components in the sample,the evo-lution process of the inclusion is discussed.According to the fact of more inclusions in tundish sample than in ladle sample,it is preliminarily determined that the ladle molten steel is reoxidized when it enters into the ladle in an unsta-ble state.The results show that the inclusion index of S355J0+N steel plate for wind power tower can be constantly kept below 9.5 by means of shroud pouring and argon blowing stopper.
