针对下游客户提出的SPHC产品冲压开裂问题展开分析、讨论,结果表明:从问题试样断口处检测出的夹杂物为开裂直接原因.夹杂物含有结晶器保护渣特有元素K、Na,证明其来源于结晶器保护渣;浇注中结晶器液面存在波动情况.通过实施相关措施及6个月验证,有效降低了SPHC产品由夹杂物原因导致的改判率,使其质量得到改善.
Causes Analysis and Corrective Measures of Stamping Cracking on SPHC Product
The paper analyses and discusses the stamping cracking problem of SPHC product raised by the down-stream customer.The results show that the inclusions detected from the fracture of the failed specimen are the direct cause of the cracking.The inclusions contain elements such as K and Na specific in mould powder,which proves that the inclusions originate from the mould powder.The mould liquid level fluctuation exists during casting.After taking corrective measures and 6 months time verification,the re-judging rate due to inclusion is effectively reduced with im-proved product quality.
