计算机三维模型在4 300 mm精轧机维修中的应用

摘要
4 300 mm精轧机属于大型冶金设备,其零件数量庞大、维修工作繁琐,工作原理难以用文字图形表达清楚.利用CATIA的三维功能,严格按实际尺寸和设计参数建立了一个计算机三维模型,将4 300 mm精轧机系统模型的动作进行动画模拟,并检查各模块间的相互配合,是三维模型在4 300 mm精轧机维修实际应用的一次有益尝试.
Abstract
The 4 300 mm finishing mill is a large metallurgical equipment with a large number of parts and com-plicated maintenance work,of which the working principle is difficult to be expressed in words and graphics.Based on C ATI As 3D function,a computer 3D model is set up according to the actual size and design parameters,the motion of the 4 300 mm finishing mill system model is simulated by animation,and the interaction of each module is checked,which is a beneficial attempt to apply the 3D model in the maintenance of the 4 300 mm finishing mill.
