摘要

阐述了唐钢公司炼钢厂转炉100t钢包设计优化及改进方案,并进行了相应的应用实践.为了满足将100 t转炉设计出钢量提高到130 t的生产要求,需要对100 t钢包进行扩容设计,根据扩容设计调整耐材配置和优化安全砌筑工艺,在满足精炼净空要求的条件下,实现钢包盛装130 t钢水的需要,更好地匹配提产后转炉冶炼 精炼→连铸的生产模式,提高了生产效率和钢水收得率,最终达到提高炼钢产能,降低炼钢成本的目的,实现生产的高效稳定顺行.

Abstract

A method of optimizing and improving the design for 100 t ladle in Tangsteel Co.,Ltd.is described,and the corresponding application practice is carried out.In order to meet the production demand on steel tapping ton-nage of the 100 t converter from designed 100 t to 130 t,it is necessary to expand the capacity of 100 t ladle,adjust the configuration of resistant materials and optimize the safe masonry process according to the expansion design,and realize the need of ladle containing 130 t molten steel under the condition of meeting the requirements of refining clearance.It can better match the production mode of converter melting,refining and continuous casting,which improves the produc-tivity and molten steel yield,achieves the purpose of improving steelmaking output,reducing steelmaking cost,and reali-zing efficient and stable production.
