针对爆炸复合板基板SA516Gr70低温冲击性能不合格现象,分析、研究生产工艺和金相组织对低温冲击性能的影响,结果表明:钢中有害元素P含量偏高,粗轧阶段压下量偏小,导致晶粒尺寸和组织均匀性较差,是冲击性能不合格问题产生的主要原因.为此,对钢的化学成分、轧制工艺设计进行优化和改进,提高了钢板的低温韧性和冲击性能合格率.
Study on the SPWHT Low Temperature Impact Properties of Explosive Clad Plate Substrate SA516Gr70
Focusing on the phenomenon of low temperature impact properties nonconformity of the explosive clad plate substrate SA516Gr70,the paper analyses and studies the effects of production process and microstructure on the low temperature impact properties.The results show that the higher content of the residual element P in the steel,the smaller draft at rough rolling stage,poorer uniformity of grain size and microstructure are the major causes of impact properties nonconformity.Therefore,the steel plate qualification rate of the low temperature toughness and impact prop-erties is increased by optimizing and improving the design of chemical composition and rolling process.
