Causes Analysis and Repair of the Box-girder Cracking of Box-girder Bridge Crane
In order to resolve the cracking problem of box-girder bridge crane in the process of slab and plate lifting in wide and heavy steel plate rolling plant,the cracking causes of the main beam and end beam are described in details by analyzing the stress condition and operating environment of the crane box body.According to the cracking condition of the box body,the box body is repaired,which not only successfully eliminates the potential safety hazard of the equipment operation,but also greatly improves the productivity,increases the service life of equipment,reduces the spare parts consumption.The research provides important reference and guidance for the repair work of the similar e-quipment,which is of practical significance and promotion value.
