LF精炼无氟渣系生产Q345qE钢的实践

根据不同精炼渣系的特点,选择无氟的CaO-Al2O3-SiO2渣系,确定了含铝钢精炼终渣最佳组成为w(CaO)51%~54%、w(SiO2)4%~7%、w(Al2O3)28%~31%.优化转炉脱氧工艺,在转炉出钢过程中进行顶渣控制,取得目标渣系.采用循环渣利用技术,取消了在精炼工序加入萤石的操作.生产实践表明:无氟渣系满足了 BOF-LF-CC工艺生产Q345qE钢的要求,为高效、清洁生产奠定了基础.
Procduction Practice of Q345qE Steel with Fluorine-free Slag System in LF Refining
Based on the characteristics of different refining slag systems,a fluorine-free CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 slag system is selected,and the optimal chemcial composition of the refining final slag for aluminum containing steel is de-termined,i.e.,w(CaO)of 51%~54%,w(SiO2)of 4%~7%,and w(Al2O3)of 28%~31%.The deoxidation process of the converter is optimized,and the top slag control is implemented during the converter steelmaking to obtain the target slag system.The slag recycling technique is applied,the fluorite addition operation during refining is can-celled.The production practice shows that the fluorine-free slag system satisfies the requirements of Q345qE steel pro-duction by BOF-LF-CC process,which lays the solid foundation for efficient and clean production.
