The Influence of Straightening Process on Residual Stress of Flat Product
After rolling and heat treatment,the plate produces a large internal residual stress,which directly af-fects the service performance and processing of the plate.The roll straightening process can not only improve the flat-ness of the plate,but also reduce the internal residual stress of the plate.In this paper,the curvature integral model and numerical analysis method are used to establish the calculation model of residual stress in straightening process,which is verified by ABAQUS finite element analysis and experiment.The results show that the straightening process can re-duce the residual stress of the plate,and the residual stress distribution in the form of broken lines is gradually genera-ted in the thickness direction of the plate.The error of the results of theoretical calculation,experiment and simulation is within 10％,and the accuracy of the calculation is verified.
