Q1300E超高强钢板焊接性能研究

针对兴澄特钢自主研发的Q1300E超高强钢板进行气体保护焊接,并研究其焊接工艺.利用金相显微镜、拉伸试验机、冲击试验机、冷弯试验机以及硬度计等设备,对Q1300E超高强钢板焊接接头进行研究分析,结果表明:Q1300E钢板焊接接头的金相组织以贝氏体和针状铁素体为主,母材的金相组织为回火索氏体;当预热温度≥100 ℃时,焊接接头裂纹消失;随着焊接热输入量的增大,焊接接头强度呈下降趋势,且焊接接头处的冷弯性能明显恶化.
Study on Weldability of Q1300E Ultra High Strength Steel
Gas shielded welding is applied to Q1300E steel plate which is independently developed by Xingcheng Special Steel,and welding process is studied.The optical metallographic microscope,tensile tester,impact tester,ben-ding tester,hardness tester and etc.,are used to analyze the welding joints of Q1300E steel plate.The results show that the microstructure at the weld seam of Q1300E steel plate welding joint is mainly composed of bainite and acicular fer-rite,and the microstructure of base material is composed of tempered sorbite.When the preheating temperature more than or equal to 100 ℃,the welding crack disappears.With the increasing of heat input,the strength of the welding joint shows a downward trend,while the bending performance at the welding joints is deteriorated significantly.
