For the shape quality problem of the quenched steel plate with light gauge,Hanbao Hot Rolling Plant of Hansteel Company carries out inspection and calibration of the key components of the quenching machine,sets up the matched parameters of the quenching process,stabilizes the unflatness values of the quenched steel plates with light gauge within the controllable range according to the cooling mechanism of the quenching steel plate in combination with the general conditions of the heat treatment line and the roller type quenching machine.As a result,the shape quality of the steel plate with light gauge is improved,the customers'requirements are satisfied,and the major influencing factors are summarized on the basis of the production practice.
