Practice to Accelerate the Pacing of 4 100 mm Roughing Mill in Wusteel
Being the connection between the reheating furnace and the finishing mill in the process of rolling,the 4 100 mm roughing mill in Wusteel plays an important role in improving the output of the entire rolling line as the process transition.The improvement of roughing mill pacing can not only accelerate the discharging pace of the rehea-ting furnace,but also further accelerate the finishing mill pacing.By increasing the speeds of entry roller table,the side guides centering and turntable slab turning,optimizing the side guide action logic,balancing block validation logic,screwdown action speed and screwdown system action validation logic,the mill waiting time is shortened,the mill availa-bility ratio is improved,the pass response time is reduced,the output of the roughing mill is greatly increased,as a re-sult,the pacing of the entire rolling line is improved.
