摘要

主要对120 t转炉双渣法冶炼超低磷钢进行探讨,分析了转炉脱磷工艺原理,并进行冶炼试验,结果表明:钢水温度、炉渣碱度和渣中FeO质量分数是影响转炉脱磷效果的主要因素,合理的炉渣碱度、FeO质量分数及终点温度能够有效提高转炉脱磷率,使转炉能够稳定地生产超低磷钢,为企业生产高端品种钢打下基础,对提升企业产品竞争力有积极的意义.

Abstract

The paper mainly discusses the ultra-low phosphorus steel with double slag process in 120 t convert-er,analyzes the principle of converter dephosphorizing process and performs the smelting test,the results show that the molten steel temperature,the slag basicity and the FeO content in slag are the major factors influencing the converter dephosphorization,rational slag basicity,FeO content and end point temperature can effectively improve the converter dephosphorization rate,stably produce the ultra-low phosphorus steel,which lays solid foundation for the enterprise to produce high end steel grade and is of positive significance for improving the competitive power of the enterprise.
