65 t转炉采用全量铁水冶炼工艺优化实践

针对马钢65 t转炉全量铁水的冶炼工艺进行研究.经过理论测算,现场冶炼使用铁矿石的冷却效应为废钢的3.76倍,吹炼过程中共需要向炉内加入3.5 t铁矿石平衡熔池内富裕热量.通过调整前期铁矿石加入转炉的量和时机,优化吹炼过程中氧枪枪位和流量,改变终点控制方式,使得现场全量铁水冶炼过程化渣情况良好,脱磷效果得到保证,现场石灰、镁球等造渣料吨钢加入量分别减少7.4 kg、1.2 kg,钢铁料吨钢消耗降低11.1 kg,实现了全量铁水冶炼生产稳定和降本增效目标.
Optimization of Full Volume Hot Metal Steelmaking Process for 65 t Converter
The study is conducted on the full volume hot metal steelmaking process of the 65 t converter in Mas-teel.The theoretical calculation result proves the cooling effect of the iron ore used in steelmaking is 3.76 times that of steel scrap,3.5 t iron ore needs to be charged into the converter in the oxygen blowing process in order to balance the redundant heat in the melt bath.By adjusting the amount and timing of charging iron ore into the converter at early stage of oxygen blowing process,optimizing the oxygen lance positioning and flowrate in oxygen blowing process changing the endpoint control mode,good slag melting result in the full volume hot metal steelmaking process is obtained,the dephos-phorization result is guaranteed,the addition amount of the slag forming agents per ton of steel including lime and mag-nesium pellets are reduced by 7.4 kg,1.2 kg respectively,the consumption of iron and steel materials per ton of steel is reduced by 11.1 kg,the targets for reliable steelmaking production of full volume hot metal,cost decreasing and benefit increasing are achieved.
