Research and Application of Online Repairing Device for Roll Bending Block in Wide and Heavy Plate Mill
Focusing on the problems such as long operation time and high difficulty to replace the roll bending block of the wide and heavy plate mill,the damage mechanism of roll bending block is analyzed and the solution is studied.The online repairing device of roll bending block is designed and applied.The online repairing device utilizes connecting plates,sleeves and pressure covers to constitute a gantry structure,completes the rapid disassembly and re-placement of the pressure covers and gaskets with the aid of hydraulic jacket,achieves the rapid disassembly and re-placement of the plungers,pressure covers and gaskets for the roll bending block in the limited space by positioning the plunders,pressure covers and adjusting an appropriate liting points.Onsite practice verifies the solution features simple structure,safe and easy operation,high assembly accuracy,which is capable of completing the online replacement and repair of the key worn parts of the roll bending block,effectively avoiding the overall replacement of the roll bending block,and achieving the on-line repair of the roll bending block in wide and heavy plate mill.
