轮胎用碳素模具钢的耐腐蚀性能研究与开发

通过对试验钢板的化学成分设计、低倍组织检测和非金属夹杂物控制,确保试验钢板具有均匀的内部组织和优良的耐腐蚀性能.对热轧、正火和球化退火3种不同工艺处理的轮胎用碳素模具钢板进行耐腐蚀试验,并对其金相组织和耐腐蚀性能展开研究.结果表明:3种不同工艺状态试验钢板的耐腐蚀性能随着周期浸润时间变长而降低,并且球化退火态试样的耐腐蚀性能最好,同时球化的珠光体组织耐腐蚀性能优于扁条状和多边形的珠光体组织.
Research and Development of Corrosion Resistance of Carbon Mold Steel for Tires
By means of chemical composition design,macrostructure examination and non-metallic inclusion control,the test steel plate is ensured to possess uniform internal structure and excellent corrosion resistance.The corro-sion resistance tests are carried out on the carbon mold steel plate for tyre produced by three different processes of hot rolling,normalizing and spheroidized annealing,the study is carried out on the microstructure and corrosion resistance.The results show that the corrosion resistance of the test steel plate under three different processes deteriorates with the increase of alternate immersion testing time,the spheroidized annealing specimen is of the best corrosion resistance,and the corrosion resistance of the refined spheroidizing pearlite is better than that of the flat strip type and polygonal pearli-te.
