Application of Alloy Online Baking Technology in Converter Steelmaking
The structure design of alloy heating furnace,the design composition of high efficiency combustion sys-tem and gas supply control system are introduced in detail.Through the comparison of production practice data,it can be concluded that after adopting the alloy online baking technology,the average temperature of molten steel in converter is reduced by more than 10℃,the temperature of molten steel is reduced by more than 10℃,the hydrogen mass frac-tion of molten steel at the end point is reduced by 0.000 152％,and the carbon mass fraction at the end point is in-creased by 0.015％,which not only reduces the production cost of converter steelmaking,but also improves the purity of molten steel.And then improve the quality of steel products.
