摘要

针对热轧带钢表面挫伤黑斑缺陷严重影响后续酸洗质量的问题,基于热轧工序挫伤黑斑缺陷形成机理及演变规律,对全生产流程中各工序影响因素的过程参数展开分析,以改善扁卷或松卷为目标和突破点,锁定产生挫伤缺陷工序,确定造成挫伤黑斑的关键因素,从全流程角度综合解决热轧带钢表面挫伤黑斑缺陷问题,降低全流程因挫伤黑斑缺陷造成的产品降级率.

Abstract

For the problem of the contusion black specks on the surface of hot rolled strip steel severely affecting the subsequent pickling quality,the process parameters of the influencing factors in each procedure of the entire process flow are analyzed on the basis of the theory for the formation mechanism and evolution law of the contusion black specks at the hot rolling procedure.Meanwhile,taking the flat coil or loose coil improvement as the target and breakthrough point,the procedure at which the contusion defect forms is focused on,and the key factors leading to the contusion black specks are determined,so that the problem of the contusion black specks on hot rolled strip steel surface is resolved comprehensively from the perspective of the entire process flow,and the product degradation rate due to the contusion black specks occurred in the entire process flow is reduced.
