高强船板延伸率不合格原因及解决措施

针对AH36级高强船板延伸率不合格的问题进行力学性能和金相组织分析,结果表明:延伸率不合格钢板的抗拉强度偏高,心部有硬化相组织和MnS夹杂物存在.通过采取炉外精炼、连铸、控轧控冷工艺等优化措施,使钢水洁净度、连铸坯低倍质量和钢板性能稳定性等得到提高,AH36高强船板性能合格率达到100%.
Causes and Countermeasures of Unqualified Elongation for High Strength Hull Plate
Mechanical properties and microstructure are analyzed for the unqualified elongation problem of AH36 grade high strength hull plate.The results show that the tensile strength of the steel plate with unqualified elongation is higher,while the hard phase structure and MnS inclusions exist in the plate center.By taking measures to optimize the secondary refining process,continuous casting process,controlled rolling and controlled cooling process,the steel clean-liness,macrostructure quality of continuous casting slab and the stability of the steel plate mechanical properties are im-proved,the qualification rate of the mechanical properties for AH36 grade hull plate reaches to 100%.
