鉴于巍山县紫金乡核桃产业发展现状，片面追求泡核桃种植数量，未能达到提质增效的效果，结合实情提出紫金乡发展泡核桃产业的走势，即改造低产量泡核桃，切实提高产量；积极培育，着力推进核桃产业化进程；提高管理水平，规范运转程序；提高科技含量，增加产业效益；转变政府职能，调整产业结构；加大宣传力度，塑造品牌形象。
