摘要
机场作为一个城市的窗口，服务质量的高低直接影响着城市形象。随着信息技术的发展，信息保障与服务质量的关系也越来越密切，作为直接服务旅客的自动广播系统，更是如此。本文介绍的多通道音频播放器改造增强了广播系统运行的稳定性，同时对提升旅客服务质量也具有重要作用。
Abstract
Airport as a window of a city,it's service quality directly affect the image of the city.With the development of information tech-nology ,the relationship between information security and quality of service is also more and more close.The automatic broadcasting system seems important especially as a system directly service to passengers.The multichannel audio player can strong the broadcasting system's sta-bility with improvement introduced in this article,and the improvement can also enhance the quality of service.
