文章介绍了目前主要的专利信息资源以及检索方法，开放存取的概念并对高职院校如何构建专利资源库提出设想。
Abstract
This paper introduces the patent information resources and retrieval method, the concept of open access and gives suggestions on how to build the patent database in the higher vocational colleges.
