摘要
以超短超细钢纤维和普通钢纤维混杂,进行了混杂纤维增强混凝土抗折、抗压及压折比的试验研究。研究结果表明,混杂纤维对混凝土抗压强度的提高幅度介于两种纤维之间,但对于混凝土抗折强度的提升具有显著的优势,在总体积率6%,普通钢纤维:超短超细钢纤维(体积比)=1:5时,混杂纤维对其提高幅度达到了124%;此外当混杂纤维的体积率由1%提高到6%时,混凝土的压折比降低了49.4%,且对水泥混凝土的增韧效果好于单一钢纤维,能更好的体现出延性破坏的特征。
Abstract
The flexible, compression and ratio of compressive strength tests of hybrid fiber reinforced concrete are conducted with hybrid ultra- short and fine steel fibers and ordinary steel fiber. The result shows that the compressive strength of concrete with hybrid fiber is be-tween that of two fibers, and is improved significantly at its the flexural strength of the concrete by the total volume of 6%. When the ratio of ordinary steel fiber and ultra- short ultra- fine steel fiber (volume ratio) equals 1:5, the improvement of hybrid fiber is increased by 124%;additionally, when the hybrid fiber volume rate is improved from 1%to 6%, the ratio of compressive of the concrete decreased by 49.4%, and the toughening effect on cement concrete is better than single- type fiber, reflecting better characteristics of ductile failure.
