Freshmen is a critical and special group. We used UPI questionnaire investigating 3789 students in grade 2011 of Guizhou uni-versity of finance and economics. The results indicated:the proportion of first kind(Ⅰ) students who had serious psychological problem is 11.8 percent , the proportion of second kind (Ⅱ) students who needed to be investigated following is 25.4 percent, the proportion of third kind students(Ⅲ) who had healthy psychology is 61.8 percent. This essay analysed these issue particularly and put forward some edu-cational measures. Tries to help freshmen better adapt to college life, to realize the role trasformation.
