摘要
本文以文献资料法、逻辑分析法对河南CUBA各个球队运动员学习管理制度进行调查，得出以下结论：管理部门对文化课学习的监管不严格，规章制度未能严格落实；对CUBA运动员文化课缺乏全国统一的管理措施，应制订相关制度。
