摘要
当前一般的大中型单位都有了自己的工资管理软件，本软件特为那些新兴的中小企业为了更方便的进行工资管理，设计出一个员工工资管理系统。该系统主要由以下几个主要的模块构成：系统设置模块、员工管理模块、岗位工资管理模块、补助工资管理模块、工龄工资管理模块、基础工资管理模块、工资管理模块等。该系统采用了C/S体系结构，编程语言为VISUAL BASIC，后台使用的数据库为 Microsoft SQL 2000。工资管理系统可以使员工摆脱繁琐、低效的工作，大大提高了财务部门的办事效率和对信息的方便掌控，还可以降低办公的成本，进一步的完善管理工作。
Abstract
Many business and enterprise all have their payroll systems at present. This program is designed for the small enterprises to manage the wages of employees. Employee wages management system management system is mainly composed of the fol owing main modules: system settings, staff management, salary management, seniority wage management, base salary management, salary manage-ment, etc.This system USES the C/S architecture, in VISUAL BASIC 6.0 as a front- end development tool, in Microsoft Sql Server as a backend database management system development. Salary management system can make the employees get rid of the cumbersome, in-efficient work, greatly improving the efficiency of the financial sector and convenient control of information, also can reduce the cost of office, further improve the management work.
