Rust,sagging and matching is the most importment quality problem of metallic fuel filler door,do reasearch on quality prob-lem,compare to benchmark car and CAE result,and what should be pay attention to describe in this paper.This reasearch solve the quali-ty problem,and very useful to the subsequent design.Because of the ability of author is limit,the method can not avoid the quality prob-lem completely,should do more effort in the future.
