Research on the Foreign Experiences of Policy System of Talent Training in the Construction Industry
As the construction industry accelerates its transformation and upgrade towards industrialization,informatization,and greenization,the demand for corresponding talent pool has been increasing annually.This study employed the theory of policy tools to categorize policies related to the training of talent in the construction industry into supply-type,environment-type,and demand-type,and summarized the experiences of policy systems in the developed countries such as the United States,Japan,the United Kingdom,Germany,and Singapore.Building upon this foundation,the study offered an internationally informed perspective for the cultivation of talent in the construction industry in China,proposing recommendations for the enhancement of the vocational education system,professional training,and policy formulation.These suggestions aim to facilitate the optimization of the talent cultivation system in the construction industry in China,thereby contributing to the high-quality development of the China's construction industry.
