数智化时代的决策范式变革

摘要
以大数据、人工智能为代表的数字技术对传统决策范式产生了巨大冲击,传统经验决策与机器辅助决策难以适应数智化时代复杂多变的决策环境,决策面临着范式转型问题.本研究系统梳理了决策系统的发展历程,分析了数智化时代的智能决策系统支持要素,明晰了智能决策的内涵与特征,并就数智化时代决策范式变革的趋势给出了应对策略.研究发现,智能决策将成为数智化时代决策范式,它具备在给定条件下自动决策、全流程的决策响应、人机协同决策等特征,本研究为决策活动科学化与智能化提供了有益的参考.
Abstract
Digital technologies represented by big data and artificial intelligence have had a huge impact on traditional decision-making paradigms.Traditional experiential decision-making and machine assisted decision-making are difficult to adapt to the complex and ever-changing decision-making environment of the digital age,and decision-making is facing the problem of paradigm transformation.This study systematically reviewed the development process of decision-making systems,analyzed the supporting elements of intelligent decision-making systems in the digital age,clarified the connotation and characteristics of intelligent decision-making,and provided corresponding strategies for the trend of decision-making paradigm transformation in the digital age.Research has found that intelligent decision-making will become a decision-making paradigm in the digital age,with characteristics such as automatic decision-making under given conditions,full process decision response,and human-machine collaborative decision-making.This study provided useful references for the scientific and intelligent decision-making activities.
