政府补贴、网络结构嵌入与企业技术创新——基于中国新能源汽车企业的实证研究

摘要
新能源汽车作为全球科技创新的前沿领域之一,为我国经济发展注入新动能.为进一步探索补贴政策对新能源汽车企业技术创新的影响机制,本研究以专利视角构建企业协作研发网络,从实质性创新与策略性创新两个维度,采用负二项回归分析政府补贴对企业技术创新的影响,并考察网络结构嵌入特征在其中的调节作用.结果表明:(1)政府补贴能够有效激励新能源汽车企业实质性创新.(2)随着网络结构嵌入程度的不断深化,政府补贴促进企业实质性创新的作用更为显著.本研究拓展了政府补贴与企业技术创新的理论研究,为企业管理者提升技术创新水平提供科学依据.
Abstract
As one of the frontiers of global scientific and technological innovation,new energy vehicles have injected new kinetic energy into China's economic development.In order to further explore the influence mechanism of subsidy policy on the technological innovation of new energy vehicle enterprises,this study developed enterprises collaborative R&D networks based on patents to analyze the impact of government subsidies on the technological innovation of enterprises from two dimensions:substantive innovation and strategic innovation using negative binomial regression and investigated the moderating effect of embedded network structure.The research findings demonstrated that(1)government subsidies have a noteworthy positive impact on substantive innovation.(2)With the deepening of network structural embeddedness,the role of government subsidies in promoting enterprise substantive innovation is more significant.This study theoretically expanded the research on government subsidies and enterprise technological innovation and provided a scientific basis for enterprise managers to enhance the level of technological innovation in practice.
